...s looking for was a means of escape from the stresses of my hectic life into deep relaxation. Luckily, I found a great place to get hold of free meditation audios, which of course suited my purposes.
I found that starting out with a free audios made it easy to get straight into deep meditation. The audio acts on our brain frequencies. Our consciousness shifts in to alpha, which gives us deep, deep, pleasure.
We experience almost instant relaxation and the lovely emotions of joy, bliss and love.

While pilates and Yoga are seen to have many similarities, Pilates was actually developed in the twentieth century by Joseph pilates; the german physical fitness expert moved to New York in 1926 and began teaching his methods to dancers, including American ballet choreographer, George Balanchine. pilates wrote at least two books on his method, including "Return to life Through Contrology" and "Your Health: A Corrective System of Exercising That Revolutionizes the Entire Field of Physical Education".

Now that we know what Chakras are and what they do, lets see how we can work on them. The key to opening and balancing Chakras is by purifying the Nadis of blockages and increasing the flow of Prana. This is best done through the use of Yoga and pranayama. Yoga, specifically kundalini or Kriya Yoga, and Pranayama are the essentially the science of Chakra Activation.
